My name is Paula Lisa Dawson, and I am honored to serve as the 2026 President of this dynamic and purpose-driven Network. Whether you are a long-time member, a new REALTOR®, an industry professional, or someone exploring Women’s Council for the first time, I am delighted that you are here.

The Women’s Council of REALTORS® is more than a professional organization—it is a community. A place where women are encouraged to grow, lead, and succeed together. At the Richmond Network level, we are deeply committed to creating opportunities that elevate our members professionally while fostering meaningful relationships that last well beyond any single transaction or title.

Our Mission & Vision
Our mission aligns with that of the national Women’s Council of REALTORS®: We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve.

Our vision for the Richmond Network is to be the premier professional organization for women in real estate in the Greater Richmond region—one that provides business development tools, leadership opportunities, and a supportive, collaborative environment where members thrive.

At the heart of our work is a simple but powerful belief: We rise together.

Our Focus for 2026
As we move through 2026, our leadership team is focused on thoughtful growth, stronger engagement, and elevated professionalism across everything we do. Our goals for the year include:

Increasing membership by at least 26%
Retaining and expanding meaningful Strategic Partner relationships
Identifying and developing new leaders within our membership
Elevating our standards in operations, communications, and fiscal responsibility
Continuing to build a Network where professionalism, inclusion, and excellence are the expectation—not the exception

These goals are not just numbers on a page. They represent our commitment to being intentional, relevant, and impactful for our members and the broader REALTOR® community.
