Collin County
Letter from your 2026 President
Dear Members, Partners, and Friends,
It is with deep gratitude to serve as 2026 President for our local network.
Our theme for 2026 is “Leading With Momentum: Driving Success by Strategy. Execution. Acceleration.” This is not just a theme—it’s a charge and a call-to-action of how we show up, serve, and move forward—together.
My real estate journey spans nearly 30 years. I’ve expanded my capacity by serving on boards and committees aligned with empowerment, economic opportunity, and equity—including. Throughout my career, I’ve built strategic coalitions that unite and ignite realtors, serving city leaders, nonprofits, and faith communities. My mission has always been to create access—opening doors for women and other underrepresented voices to rise, lead, and build generational wealth.
Even in challenging seasons, I’ve stood firm in integrity. Because true leadership isn’t always easy—but it is necessary.
As your 2026 President, I’m committed to expanding our impact, deepening member & alliance engagement, and positioning Women’s Council Collin County as the go-to network for leadership training & growth opportunities, inclusion, and legacy-building in real estate.
In 1938, Women’s Council of Realtors was founded to advance women as professionals and leaders in business, the industry, and our communities. I am committed to honoring that vision and moving the needle forward.
Let’s build forward—with grace, grit, and momentum. Thank you for trusting “us” in this movement.
Roz Booker, President, Women’s Council of REALTORS® Collin County
