Stepping into this year as your President feels a little bit like holding one of the smooth leadership stones I received earlier this year (and shared with our Leadership Team) —small in the hand, yet powerful enough to create ripples that become waves, and waves that become tides. That’s what this network has been for me: countless tiny moments, nudges, and connections that have shaped real growth and real confidence.

Looking ahead, my goals for 2026 are simple:

First, don’t mess this up.
Second, build something even bigger and stronger on the incredible foundation we’ve been given.
Third, make sure the Spokane-area community knows about Women’s Council—and the powerhouse leaders who are made right here.
And finally, keep nudging people toward their goals, their growth, and their greatness. A nudge at the right moment can change everything.

This network has seeped into my soul—not because of one big “aha moment,” but because of thousands of small ones that added up to something meaningful.

So here’s what you can expect from our network this year:
A community where you belong.
A space where your voice matters.
Opportunities to grow.
And a leadership team committed to showing up, serving with heart, and creating lasting impact—inside our industry and out in our community.

I’m excited for the connections we’ll deepen, the leaders we’ll develop, and the waves we’ll create together this year.
