Congratulations Charmaine Hickey
We are thrilled to announce that Charmaine Hickey has been officially recognized as one of the 100 Women to KNOW in America for 2026 by KNOW Women. This prestigious national honor celebrates high-achieving women who exemplify exceptional leadership, professional excellence, and a deep commitment to community. As the 2026 National Treasurer for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Charmaine continues to be a driving force in the industry, blending her expertise as a former analyst with a passion for service. Central to her success is her signature S.M.I.L.E. leadership format, a transformative framework where she empowers others to Strategize, Mobilize, Innovate, Lead, and Elevate.
Her impact extends far beyond the boardroom; as the Founder and Executive Director of the Ira and Catherine Mardner Foundation, she provides critical educational support to students in the Caribbean, further cementing her legacy as a global humanitarian. An international speaker and recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award, Charmaine’s recognition among the “100 Women to KNOW” is a testament to her visionary leadership and her unwavering dedication to leading with love.
