Congratulations to our 2027 Leaders

Mission: Membership – Recruit to Win.
Mission: Membership is in full swing! This nationwide challenge is all about growing and strengthening Women’s Council networks through recruitment and member re-engagement.
Now through August 31, networks across the country are competing for the highest percentage of membership growth. The top-performing networks in each size category will earn a cash prize and national recognition.
Size Categories:
• Small: 20–40 members
• Large: 41–60 members
• Mega: 61+ members
Every new member. Every returning member. Every conversation counts.
It’s time to recruit, reconnect, and rise to the top.

The Service Desk is now your first point of contact for customer service and support. Next Steps: LID Process
Timeframe: July – August 10, 2026
Thank you to everyone who submitted a Leadership Identification & Development (LID) application!
Beginning in July, all submissions will be compiled and shared with each State President (or State Leader in areas without a State President). From there, the applications will be reviewed by the state’s Leadership Identification & Development Committee.
Each state may recommend up to 10 applicants for national volunteer opportunities. Recommendation forms will be available to State Presidents in early July.
Thank you for your willingness to serve Women’s Council. We appreciate your commitment to leadership and look forward to the next step in the process.
