I stand on the shoulders of the many talented and dedicated pioneers who have served this Network before me, and I do not take my responsibility to move our organization forward lightly.

This year, our focus will be crystallized around our empowering theme: “T.E.A. Time” — Teach with tenacity, Educate with elevation, to Accelerate in Real Estate. This strategic focus will be at the heart of everything we do. It’s all about providing our members with the knowledge, resources, and mentorship they need to work smarter, not harder.

Our goal is simple yet powerful:
