Are You Following the Local and State Network Model?

A reminder that we have a network model that not only provides best practices on your network, but it’s a benchmark that networks must follow to maintain their good standing as a network and to become certified. It contains important information on governance, events, branding and other functions. The network model in a nutshell can be viewed on our stream channel here.

Operating standard guides for local & state networks can be found on their respective websites and are housed in the network glossary.

At the Midyear Meeting, we are hosting a Network Best Practices Session on Friday, May 6th to review the model with fellow network leaders describing how it's working in their local area.

The certification process for 2023 opens up this summer so we want to make sure you are complying with the model.

State Networks - important compliance information

  • The deadline for 2023 state liaison reporting is June 1, 2022. This REALTOR® member position is appointed by the incoming state president (2023 President) and ratified by the Governing Board before the election. If no state network, the 2023 National Liaison (elected in May) will make the appointment with ratification by the National Leadership Team. Fill out the form here.

Incoming State Liaisons should plan on attending the Network 360 Leadership Conference in Chicago on July 27-29, 2022.

Considering Running for Office in 2024?
