Reminder for National Help Desk? Email is Quickest

Need assistance at National? We prefer initial inquiries via email (wcr@wcr.org), with as much detail as possible: member name, contact info, network name, issue to be resolved. All inquiries are assigned ticket numbers for quality control and allow for a 2-3 day turnaround time. Answers via email will have quicker response times than telephone calls or contacting individual staff. We expect the backlog of inquiries to slow down in late January. Thank you for your patience as we handle record new members and high renewal volumes.
